Description
This course examines Commercial General Liability coverage issues that should be considered when writing coverage for contractors. Cathy will discuss the CGL Policy’s Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability insuring agreement along with ways that insurers limit the scope of coverage. She will also review CGL exclusions important to contractors including Contractual, Pollution, Damage to Property and Damage to Work. Lastly, Cathy will discuss additional insured endorsements and tips regarding certificates of insurance.
